Belair Mansion, located in Bowie, MD, is the site of a small Revolutionary War event held in August.

The mansion itself dates back to the mid-1700′s and was the home of several Maryland governors. Remaining in private ownership until the 1950′s, the mansion today is operated by the city of Bowie as a museum and is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Records show that George Washington dined with Benjamin Ogle at Ogle’s Belair Mansion.
